1. Background and invitation. The National Power Training Institute of Nigeria (NAPTIN) has received financing from Agence Française de Développement (AFD) for “Enhancing Vocational Training Delivery for the Nigerian Power Sector” and intends to apply part of the funds to this contract. The wider project is supported by AFD and the European Union.
